1. General Terms of Service (TOS) Guidelines

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1.2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 13, you may not use our Services without parental consent.

1.3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

1.4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

1.5. Modification of Terms: MoonNodes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Specific Minecraft Terms and Conditions

2.1. Account Termination: MoonNodes reserves the right to terminate your account at any time.

2.2. Lifetime Servers: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of MoonNodes as a company.

3. Guarantee & Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Rights: Refunds are only available within one hour of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.

3.2. Minimum Service Duration: MoonNodes guarantees that your server will be available for a minimum of 30 days. After this period, the server will continue to be provided as long as the service is available. If you purchase a lifetime plan, you are entitled to at least 30 days of service, after which the availability of the service is subject to MoonNodes’ operational status.

4. Additional Terms

4.1. Prohibited Plugins: Chunky and Dynmap (Map Generation Only) are strictly prohibited.

4.2. Service Level Agreement (SLA): MoonNodes strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4.3. Data Security: We take data security seriously but recommend regular backups. MoonNodes is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the use of our services.

4.4. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

We partner with Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who are the official merchant of digital content produced by us. If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record.
